Roles and Responsibilities
- Use of AutoCad for drafting, completing "As Built" drawings and editing existing drawings.
- Use of Revit for editing existing models.
- Use of Bluebeam for Electrical take offs for budgeting/estimating
- Use CV estimating software and processes
- Create bill of quantity take offs
Required Experience
- Autocad capabilities
- Revit capabilities
- Bluebeam knowledge desirable
Minimum Qualifications
- Electrical knowledge is desirable
- Prior experience in estimating would be a bonus
- Knowledge of Office 365
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- A strong work ethic
- Ability to work as part of a small team
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
