Responsibilities:
Perform technical work supervising and scheduling of maintenance and repair of a variety of electrical equipment in the plant.
Carry out all instruction as per Plant Manager advice in relation of electrical and electronic works.
Monitor all electrical equipment condition and submit/present to Plant Manager on a monthly basis.
Ensure all electrical equipment predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance program are properly observed and implemented.
Ensure that all related preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance task must be duly accomplished and records are maintained.
Recommend procedure revisions when necessary to fully utilize assigned personnel, and equipment and to determine procedures for maintenance, installation, modification and repair of electrical assignments.
Ensure personnel competency through continuous learning- providing orientation and delegate trained personnel to train all incoming EEG personnel.
Represent department during audits, compliance to all audit criteria, statutory and regulatory requirements.
Follow prescribed HACCP and GMP and safety regulation.
Qualifications:
Engineering related course (preferably Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering
Must have 1-3 years' experience of electrical repair and maintenance experience which includes 1 year of supervisory experience.
Knowledgeable of the tools, equipment and materials common to the application in the repairs and maintenance of the plant.
Ability to work under pressure, be self-motivated and have the ability to work under minimal supervision.
