Essential Job Functions and Performance Standards:
Design, evaluate, and develop eLearning solutions through the application of eLearning technology tools such as Articulate, Captivate, Lectora, and others.
Assist in the creation and editing of training media (graphics, video, and audio)
Ability to use different types of media such as photography, illustrations, and animations for desired results.
Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size, and style, and related aesthetic concepts according to the client's needs.
Qualifications/Skills:
Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's/college degree or 2+ years of advanced experience, Art/Design/Creative Media, Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent
Ability to show mastery of a variety of basic and intermediate graphic design skills
Required skill(s): Articulate Storyline, Lectora, or Captivate, Adobe After Effects, Adobe InDesign, Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS Programming
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Preferably 2-3 years of experience, employees specializing in Arts/Creative/Graphic Design, or Equivalent

Applicants with 1-2 years of experience can earn as much as P28,000.00
