Within this Tribe, the Always Learning Journey Delivery team is focused on ensuring the delivery of world class learning operations across ANZ's global footprint.
As a member of the ANZ Learning Delivery Services team within Always Learning -Journey Delivery, your role will be eLearning Content Support specialising in the development, maintenance, testing and deployment of digital learning content on our Learning Management System.
Your key accountabilities will include:
Scope, design, development of digital learning solutions to be accessed via ANZ's Learning Management System (Saba)
Maintenance of existing content to ensure currency/relevancy
Deployment of learning solutions onto Saba, including content testing/content regression testing as required
Review and iteration of existing learning content with a focus on continuous improvement
Identify and support opportunities to increase learner engagement in micro-learning via our Learning Management System.
Assist business representatives to maintain their own learning solutions on Saba
Ensure ANZ eLearning content published on our LMS is brand compliant.
Act as a general point of contact for digital learning enquiries from external vendors, including enquiries about technical specifications, access to testing environments, and practical guidance for new vendors.
Lend support and expertise to activities underway in the Grow to Perform tribe as required.
Skills, Knowledge & experience
Extensive experience developing and/or delivering learning for business users utilising a variety of tools & techniques
Demonstrated ability to think differently about how learners engage with learning content
Interest in experimenting with different approaches to learning
Strong task and time management skills
Experience working within complex technical environments
Ability to manage multiple pieces of work simultaneously
Experience designing and developing innovative, interactive and engaging blended learning programs, including:
Digital learning
Micro learning
Mobile learning
Extensive experience in Lectora Inspire; and Adapt Builder
Animation, video and audio development experience preferred
Intermediate SCORM, HTML5 and LMS problem solving experience mandatory
Knowledge of SharePoint
ADDIE/SAM/GAGNE learning methodology application
Working understanding of Bersin by Deloitte 4E's Continuous Learning Model.
Experience in Human Centred Design and Agile would be greatly beneficial
Change Management experience would be beneficial
