The eLearning Consultant is responsible for analyzing, planning, and executing the migration of out training materials. This role involves collaborating with internal teams, ensuring a seamless transition of content, and providing technical support and training to staff and trainers.
Responsibilities:
Conduct a thorough analysis of the current structure of training materials.
Map out the existing content, identifying multimedia elements, quizzes, and user data.
Develop a comprehensive migration plan outlining timelines, milestones, and key deliverables.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand specific course requirements and customization needs.
Execute the migration plan, ensuring accurate and efficient transfer of all training materials.
Test and validate the functionality of courses to ensure they meet quality standards.
Provide technical support to staff and trainers during the migration process.
Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise during the migration process promptly.
Collaborate with our system vendors to resolve technical challenges and optimize the migration.
Document the entire migration process, including methodologies, challenges, and solutions.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the progress of the migration.
Communicate feedback and requirements to vendors for system enhancements or customization.
Requirements
Experienced in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools, Learning Management Systems, and multimedia editing software.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Willing to work on the Pacific Standard Time schedule, this is a graveyard shift
Own Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or above) with an internet connection of at least 10 Mbps
