WHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT - PURPOSE
The incumbent's overall objective is to effectively develop and implement EHS activities, to ensure compliance mainly on Environment and follow with occupational health and safetyto legal requirements and in line with Company Standards. The incumbent is responsible to achieve the operational goals quantified in the approved business plan or better.
WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor that factory conformance is achieved and maintained in line with health, safety and environment legal requirements.
Monitor factory performance indicators: Environmental KPI's. Analyze data and address action programs to further improve the performance effects.Together to ensure environmental policy are well implemented, performed environmental campaigns and contribution in Sustainability Programs.
Plan resources (budget) needed for Environmental and successful performance within the scope of Environmental protection and prevention. Control budget execution. Budget reporting, monitoring, planning, calculation and update.
On time submission of reports,records keeping, permit application to local authority related to Environmental related Stack Emission, BIR, PEZA, DENR, LIMA, BOC and etc. * Plan, supervise and manage the process of waste center such as man power planning, equipment management, Residual waste disposal, BIR Regulated waste disposal, Residual waste disposal, Write Off waste disposal and other waste management if required from time to time.
Perform any other tasks commissioned by the supervisor. Compliance with EHS procedures, labour law, corporate guidance, internal regulations and work performance instructions.
Always demonstrate safe behavior, incident reporting, investigation and CAPA implementation with all relevant department personal and drive to achieve zero incident to Environmental, Safety and Health.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR - REQUIREMENTS:
Occupational health and safety or Environmental with degree level or Equivalent Work Experience
5 years * 3+ Years in Safety officer field or as an EHS Engineer
External audition of EHS MS ISO14001 and ISO45001 and preferred DOLE Accredited Certified Pollution Control Officer
Good Command of English language
Proficiency in Ms Office Applications
