About Arcanys
Arcanys Early Learning Foundation Inc. is a non-stock non-profit organization duly registered and licensed by the Department of Social Welfare and Development to operate as a social welfare agency dedicated to helping the community. The Arcanys Early Learning Foundation Inc. primarily aims to develop math, literacy, and logic abilities of very young children (3 to 5 years old), with active participation of their parents, from communities that may otherwise miss early learning opportunities. Recognizing early education as a key to success, the teachers efficiently impart practical teaching methods to parents and children, which ultimately grants the children a brighter future in academics, as well as in their personal and professional lives.
Arcanys is committed to the Cebu community and has set up an official foundation to pursue an early Math learning program since 2012. The mission of the Arcanys Early Learning Foundation is to help parents of preschoolers to be the first teachers of their children, by supporting them with free educational activities and early learning methods and tools.
We are looking for: Educational Manager
In this role you'll get to:
Oversee the daily operations of multiple early childhood development centers, ensuring compliance with local regulations and licensing requirements.
Develop and implement operational strategies and processes to optimize the performance of each center.
Collaborate with the HR department to recruit and onboard registered social workers and teaching staff, ensuring adequate staffing levels and high-quality hires.
Prepare and present reports on process improvement initiatives and achievements.
Foster strong relationships with parents, addressing concerns. and providing excellent customer service.
Collaborate with the marketing department to promote the centers, participate in community events, and attract new families.
Stay updated on industry trends and developments in early childhood education to enhance the program offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
Act as a liaison between the centers and the corporate office, relaying information, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
What you will need to succeed:
Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, Special Education, or Early Childhood, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum of 10 years working experience, including at least 3 years of experience in managing multiple daycare centers, nurseries, preschools, or kindergartens.
Strong knowledge of licensing requirements, regulations, and best practices in early childhood education.
Proven leadership abilities, with experience in managing and motivating a diverse team.
Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with parents, staff, and stakeholders.
Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing a nurturing and enriching environment for children.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Comfortable to work onsite
