About the Job:We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled EDI Analyst (Mandarin) to support the development, implementation, and maintenance of electronic data interchange (EDI) systems for our client. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, creating mapping documents, and ensuring seamless integration between trading partners and internal systems. You will work closely with programmers, internal teams, and external partners to design, test, and optimize EDI solutions, while providing training and guidance to end-users. This position also requires strong Mandarin translation skills to facilitate communication and documentation across multilingual environments. By leveraging your technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and cross-cultural communication skills, you will play a critical role in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and reliability in our EDI operations.Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in an EDI service center.
Excellent Mandarin translation skills (written and verbal).
Strong knowledge of software design and architecture principles.
Hands-on experience with XML, JSON, and other scripting languages (a plus).
Intermediate knowledge of SQL or other query languages.
Experience with Informatica systems is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in diverse teams.
Proven experience in end-user training and system deployment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Can start immediately if possible.
