We are looking for young talents to join us in Mondelez in leading the future of snacking!
The Edge Stars Program is a South East Asia-wide development program for high calibre young graduates. During the program, Edge Stars will have an accelerated career in Mondelez. They will be rotated to different functional positions that will anchor their breadth and depth of knowledge and hands-on experiential development. Each rotation will challenge limits and potential, as the Edge Stars dives into learning the secrets of our business with an assigned Buddy, while collaborating with a diverse regional team.
Who are we looking for?
Fresh graduates with minimum of Bachelors' degree
Excellent academic standing
Strong leadership experience in extra co-curricular activities and projects
Must be a licensed driver and willing to travel and be assigned anywhere in the country during and after the Edge Stars Program
Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino - fluency with other Filipino dialects is a plus
High drive for results and learning on the fly
High level of independence
Openness to coaching
