You will be joining a super young small agency doing amazing things with Shopify and Shopify Plus. About the Role
As the only Quality Assurance Specialist in the team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a strategy for quality coordination and testing as well as suggesting solutions to identified quality problems.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Test current and upcoming projects and identify bugs using manual testing.
Understand project requirements and come up with a test plan to execute during testing.
Investigate website quality to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction.
Help the team to plan the sprints for each project.
Collaborate with the Quality Assurance and Development Team to ensure consistent project execution.
Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement.
Collect test findings and create test reports.
About You
You are proactive in giving out ideas for the better process and testing. As the only QA, you are always looking for improvement and striving to be the best. You also have absolute attention to detail. You will be working with UK counterparts, so you should have a strong, open communication skills - written and verbal and can stand your ground.
Position Requirements
With at least five years of experience in manual testing in an agency setting.
Preferably with experience in automation testing.
Experience in manual testing, device testing, cross-browser testing, and writing test cases.
Must have an experience testing eCommerce website, preferably Shopify.
Agile experience, API testing, and Integration testing experience is an advantage but not required.
