Description
MDM Systems, Inc. is in need of an eCommerce Front End Developer.
Day Shift Schedule, Weekend Off, Competitive Salary, Medical and Dental Insurance
The role will involve, but is not limited to
· Create new product listings, keywords, titles, categories and descriptions for eBay/Amazon/Website
· Organize photos for new listings - Basic Graphic Design such as deep etch, image clipping, image resizing/renaming, adding layers/embellishments to suit business stores like eBay and/or Amazon
· Optimize existing product listings, keywords, titles, categories and descriptions
· Implement changes and updates to product descriptions for top performing products
· Ensure that all products listed are getting published
· Updating stock levels for product
· Keyword research
· Product pricing and costing
· Product sales and Competitor analysis (analyse information and make educated decisions to improve marketplace visibility and conversions)
· Creating and managing sales and promotions of products
· Creating and analyzing sales/traffic/data reports
· Provides Customer Service Support through email, chat and phone
· Updating shipping methods for products
· Maintain the integrity and accuracy of content in all listings
· Work with others in the company to learn and get feedback about strategies
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Excellent written and verbal communication
· With Administrative / backend office task and Customer Service Experience (preferably in eCommerce)
· Knowledge with eCommerce, Website backend and Marketplaces (ebay, Amazon, Lazada or similar)
· Skills in creating and modifying design tables using HTML/CSS in Product Description, Features and Specifications
· Good working knowledge and skills with WordPress, Neto, Shopify Plus, Hootsuite Photoshop, Google Suite. Microsoft office, Magento, Asana, Catch Feeder, Street Pricer, and Karoso
