Job Description
The eCommerce Assistant will work closely with the eCommerce Manager to effectively organize,
coordinate, and optimize all channels under the E-Commerce department, including but not limited to
bata.com.ph, Lazada, Shopee, as well as other online/digital marketplaces and apps. The eCommerce
Assistant will process and publish products and assets to the sites following a timeline, and function as
customer support and provide exceptional customer service online particularly in all eCommerce
platforms. Likewise, provide administrative and operational support to the eCommerce Department.
Principal Job Responsibilities
• Coordination with merchandising department for product information and timeline
• Coordination with warehouse and merchandising for current inventory and replenishment
• Customer relations and ecommerce community management, including marketplace feed posting
• Align with marketing team on campaigns and marketing calendar
• Update marketplace for product listing, promo enlisting, and banner uploads
• Monitor daily sales performances
• Keep abreast of digital trends and innovation to recommend new digital initiatives
