Responsibilities:
• Communicates correct opportunities for completion in a prompt manner.
• Informs users about services to choose from and determines consumer needs.
• Provides operational help and advice, training and assistance to lower level staff.
• Provides assistance, , instruction and troubleshooting help to lower level staff.
• Schedules efforts to make certain accurate telephone coverage; examines priority of telephone calls and adjusts escalated telephone calls to reassure remedy to challenges.
• Prepares standard studies to observe workload, response time and caliber of input.
 
Qualifications:
Amenable to working onsite(office-based)
Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications will be a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred language: English.
Strong active listening skills, patience, and empathy when dealing with customers.
Nice to have:
Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer support environment.
