Responsibilities:
Provide first-rate info and case determination with plan coverage and accounts
Adhere to written-up criteria by prospect in managing consumers.
Answer individual requests, as well as inquire with individuals to achieve full knowledge of what critical information are being sought after.
Monitor Telephone Checking for reviews from management staff so call returns are done in a well-timed path.
Follow-up with consumers within a 24-hour time period regarding the preliminary telephone call-up. Even if it is to just touch base and let the user know questions is still being reviewed.
Cross-market useful solutions or solutions given by the company
Qualifications:
Amenable to working onsite(office-based)
Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications will be a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred language: English.
Strong active listening skills, patience, and empathy when dealing with customers.
Nice to have:
 
Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer support environment.
