• Native Japanese
• Fluent in English
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or any other course
• Preferably with 1-2 years' experience in BPO or Shared Service Company
• HR experience in a Big Advantage
• Customer Service experience is a Plus
Responsibilities:
• Manage employee life cycle and support the HR team
• Identify new hire, rehire, transferred employee status
• Assist in updating HR records
• Handle preparation of employee offer letter and contracts
• Support onboarding processes and transfer HR transaction
• Participate in implementing HR programs
