Minimum Qualifications:
Fluent and able to understand both Spanish and English languages.
Has sales personality where one should be perky, cheerful, open-minded and with a strong personality.
Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients, as needed.
Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, and strong typing skills.
Understanding and striving to meet or exceed account metrics while providing excellent consistent performance.
At least SHS graduate.
Willing to work onsite.
