Job Summary:
 
The EMG Community Management Admin is responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining the company's website, and helping the brands grow through positive online exposure.
 
Responsibilities:
Monitor and moderate comments on the website to ensure that they are in line with our company policies and guidelines.
Build engagement with website users by responding to comments, questions, and concerns in a timely and helpful manner.
Provide customer service by resolving issues and answering questions in a professional and courteous manner.
Relay useful feedback to staff to help improve our products and services.
Perform social listening of our brands across the internet to identify trends and opportunities.
Use the company chat app to stay in touch with the team and be available for team meetings.
Qualifications:
Strong English writing and communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Knowledgeable with social media platforms and tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work long hours.
Ability to handle difficult and sensitive situations.
Ability to read the news and understand current events as they unfold, both in our media and elsewhere.
Willingness to work the night shift and on weekends
