About the Role:
As a teacher for our youngest learners, you'll play a vital role in laying the foundation for lifelong learning. This position involves working with children in Kindergarten and younger, fostering their social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development through play-based learning and intentional instruction.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Create a warm, welcoming classroom environment where every child feels seen and supported
Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities that promote curiosity, creativity, and confidence
Support children's early literacy, numeracy, and language development
Foster positive relationships with children, families, and team members
Maintain clear and consistent classroom routines and behavior expectations
Observe, assess, and document children's growth and learning
What We're Looking For:
A love for early childhood education and a nurturing, patient teaching style
Degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or a related education field.
Licensed Professional Teacher
Experience working with young children (0-7 years old) preferred
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
A positive attitude, creativity, and flexibility
