Our client is a leading provider of eCommerce SaaS technology.
They are passionate about helping great brands and retailers take advantage of the fast-changing e-commerce retail landscape. They help our clients accelerate their ecommerce sales through conversion-focused Content Enrichment, Marketplace Management and Feed Optimisation.
Reporting directly to the COO in Melbourne, Australia, this is a business-critical role focused on deploying integration solutions for our clients around the world. You will be responsible for being hands on and also managing a growing team of integration specialists who support the integration and technical support across the client portfolio.
You will have the freedom to make the role your own and set the standard for the operational process.
Requirements
5 years experience in application or IT software integration.
Extensive experience with managing multi application solutions
Experience in designing technical solutions for a range of ecommerce application landscapes.
Strong team management and leadership experience.
Ability to build and continuously develop team capabilities
Strong analytical, planning and organisational skills.
A desire to problem solve and a can-do, solution focused attitude.
Experience working within ecommerce or marketplaces
You will be:
- Work closely with the sales team to deliver a best in class onboarding experience
- Liaising with marketplaces in preparation for handover to Marketplace Management team.
- Designing and implementing integrations in a multi application environment.
- Managing a growing team of integration specialists.
