Sound Connection Phils Inc / Staff Outsourcing Solutions
is currently looking for an e-LEARNING INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER for an onsite assignment (graveyard shift).
 
Qualifications:
✓ BS or MA degree in Education, Instructional Design, and/or equivalent degree
✓ 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in instructional design or eLearning course development
✓ Extensive experience in at least one of the following eLearning development tools: Articulate Studio; Articulate Storyline; Articulate Rise 360
✓ Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
✓ Lesson and curriculum planning skills
✓ Practical experience translating learning outcomes into lessons and programs
✓ Expertise in PowerPoint; intermediate proficiency in Excel; competency in MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Lync) required
✓ Visual design skills (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator) and ability to storyboard
✓ Exceptional written, verbal, critical thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills
✓ Strong project management experience, must be able to self-manage and prioritize projects with little supervision
✓ Can start immediately
