Assists the web content management team for an e-commerce HVAC parts and equipment website.
A typical Day:
Web maintenance and creation including products, categories, and brand pages.
Add new and maintain old content.
Prioritize and schedule pricing updates as vendors change prices.
Keep links up-to-date using pricing intelligence software.
Update lead times on product pages.
Delete discontinued product pages.
Actively maintain images, details, and navigation.
Use good, clear, and active communication with teams and stakeholders.
Review & upload accurate data sets.

At least okay at math?
Familiar with at least one software platform that manages information? (CRMs, or ticketing platforms are examples of such software)
Skilled with computers, for instance working in an organized way on multiple monitors to increase efficiencies?
At least intermediate-level-skilled with Excel: CSV file import/exports, filtering data, searching in spreadsheets, etc.?
