Tier 1 Product, Customer Service, with a bit of Technical Support for e-commerce HVAC parts and equipment.
A Typical Day:
Monitor your dashboard for new and pending product support tickets.
Process support tickets by searching manufacturers' catalogs, knowledge base, and communicating with contacts when the answer can't be found.
Document in knowledge base as new solutions arise.
When product discrepancies are found on the web, submit required changes to the content team.
Prepare quotes and answer customer's regarding them.
Identify replacement parts using vendor selection software, available catalogs, and communicating with vendors.
Answer 2-4 inbound CS calls per day, record the details in the call, and use existing resources to resolve the request in a timely fashion.
Desired experience & ability:
Internet research, problem solving, technical basics and e-commerce.
