We are looking for a structured, analytical and experienced e-commerce specialist to launch and maintain our client's 3rd party marketplaces, web and social media stores. Our client is based in the US and is promoting eco-friendly, sustainable furniture and homewares. This role will manage all aspects of the planning and implementation of appropriate digital and e-commerce solutions.
Responsibilities:
Manage e-commerce storefront, ensure all banners and product catalogue, images, product content, pricing are updated for promotions and new arrival;
Monitor inventory flow and stocks, replenishment of stock, and propose suitable stock combinations for new promotions;
Strategize and oversee stock placement in the e-marketplace, proposing new tailored campaigns to generate sales for different platforms;
Liaise with agencies, suppliers, vendors to support marketing objectives;
Assist in the implementation of loyalty and referral programs;
Plan and develop technical implementation necessary to ensure e-marketplaces are aligned with online merchandising strategy, seasonal calendar and brand guidelines;
Ensure proper operation of e-commerce procedures, fulfilment from orders to delivery and post-sales management;
Manage pre-sales and after-sales services to customers - queries, complaints and feedback, including chat, email, and social media messages with customers within the timeline targets;
Accountable for excellent site quality assurance, anticipating problems and resolving issues quickly
Recommend and implement e-commerce applications and define proposed agreement with 3rd parties;
Collaborate with Digital Marketing and Content Specialist and Data and Market Analyst to explore, set-up and develop consumer digital journey and execution of digital marketing campaign opportunities.
Requirements
In-depth knowledge of e-commerce market platforms - Shopify, Amazon, Lazada
Ability to interact with external and internal stakeholders with confidence;
Ability to work well with a team in a fast-paced, continually changing environment;
Outstanding customer service skills and passionate about customer service experience;
Ability to multi-task and meet specific goals set by the CEO;
Ability to troubleshoot and communicate all technical problems in a clear and logical manner
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in E-Commerce, Business Studies, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
At least three years' experience in managing e-commerce marketplaces;
Experience in marketing and analytic platforms, web design knowledge - HTML, CSS is preferable;
Proven track record in planning and implementing route to market e-commerce strategies;
Familiarity with web standards for multiple browsers and platforms;
Passionate in home-decor and furniture is a plus;
