Responsibilities:
• Process online enquiries and feedback from Facebook, Lazada, Shopee and other online platforms.
• Resolve order, payment, and delivery issues.
• Ensure feedback and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
• Run marketing campaigns in Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok, Facebook and other online platforms.
• Offer multilingual support in Tagalog and English (if needed).
• Posting of product listings on Lazada, Shopee & Tiktok, including creating and optimizing product listings, uploading product images and videos, and managing product reviews and tracking inventory.
• Communicate and coordinate with all internal tasks.
• Stay updated on platform features.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Driving the sales performance of ecommerce platform.
Qualifications:
• 1+ year of experience in e-commerce, preferably in Lazada and Shopee.
• SHS grads are welcome to apply.
• Knowledgeable in any Car parts & Car Accessories is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of Shopee and Lazada platforms and their features.
• Strong interpersonal skills, written, and oral communication skills.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment.
• Ability to work under pressure.
