Job Description:
The E-commerce Specialist monitors and manages all commercial transactions of the Manila Hearing Aid E-Commerce platform and others such as Lazada, Online Hearing Screening, Online Battery Hotline.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Reports to the Retail Clinic Operations Manager in all online sales transactions and processes
2. Ensures on-time delivery of all orders online to the customers.
3. Works closely with Marketing in the development of visually appealing, accurate, and up- to-date content for the online stores.
4. Coordinates with the supply chain team in the availability, packaging, and shipment of orders online to the consumers
5. Monitors online sales reports and analyzes sales performance across all available online channels of MHA.
6. Handles MHA online hearing screening.
7. Tap potential leads to grow the online business of MHA.
8. Provide insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps.
9. Works with Social Media Specialists and Telemarketing in ensuring proper implementation of MHA online campaigns.
10. Supporting the team with any ad-hoc requirements
Job Qualifications:
1. Has knowledge and a good understanding of the E-commerce management platforms such as Shopify, Lazada, Shopee
2. 1+ year' of experience with website maintenance and reporting from a similar background
3. Experience with content, product & inventory management
4. Experience in a customer service industry
