The E-Commerce Order Fulfillment Coordinator who will be assigned for Ecommerce Live Chat will be mainly responsible for receiving the call, text, and chat messages from ECom Viber and Chat channels. This role will be the first level of contact for ECommerce customers and will serve as the liaison for all ECom stores in terms of inquiries, orders, deliveries and all requests of the customer.
 
Qualifications
An associate or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management or an equivalent
With previous retail and store operations experience would be advantageous (Department Stores and Supermarket)
Sales skills, organizational skills, and self-directed time management skills, Customer Service skills
Area of Assignment: Metro Ayala Cebu Store
