Description
The person must be able to champion the Customer experience on all E-Commerce platforms.
He should be able to answer messages on our social media accounts, emails, & other communication
vectors regarding customer orders on all E-commerce platforms.
He should be able to do the internal alignment - both with our E-Commerce sales & marketing arm,
internal E-Commerce operations team, and internal logistics and fulfillment team in ensuring the
customer experience is of our standards.
