You'll own campaign visuals from concept through delivery, shaping how shoppers experience products across digital storefronts, paid media, and email. Working closely with marketing and e-commerce leads, you'll turn performance data into fresh, conversion-driven design.Core outcomes
Design on-brand banners, ads, and product imagery that increase click-through and conversion rates.
Translate marketing briefs into cohesive creative assets for web, email, and social.
Maintain consistent brand identity across all digital and print touchpoints.
Collaborate with CRO and marketing teams to iterate on A/B test insights.
Deliver pixel-perfect files, optimized for speed and quality.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in digital graphic design for e-commerce or marketing campaigns
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
Hands-on experience designing for Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
Stable wired internet connection (min 25 Mbps) and reliable backup option
Full availability to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM PST
