We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Executive Assistant who will help the business grow by helping the company with administrative tasks and achieve its sales goals.
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Hours: US Timezone
Salary Range: Php 25,000 - 50,000 (experience-based)
Job Responsibilities:
Acts as the main correspondent for inquiries and client requests
Recording of client's information in CRM
Manage point-of-sale processes and online sales channels/pipeline
Manage work orders such as repair requests
Email management and organization
Responsible for calendar management, scheduling, and prioritizing executive activities
Provide recommendations on creating and how to improve the existing process
Create an onboarding template, checklist, and task management
Organize travel plans and book flights as needed
Data entry and spreadsheet management
Manage the following tools: Idealpos System, Gmail, Zoho, iMessage, & Facetime
Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time
Job Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Virtual Executive Assistant or similar role
With a strong e-commerce background
Type A personality
Experience with CRM applications
Has a strong work ethic with a sense of commitment
A team player with impeccable people skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self Starter and has a "Get the Job Done" Attitude
Dependable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
Experience with the following Tech Stack: Idealpos System, Gmail, Zoho, iMessage, & Facetime
