You will be working closely with customers, vendors, and Company Teams including inside sales, warehouse, and phone support. Your primary responsibility is to process inbound support tickets by delivering thoughtful, detailed, and timely replies to customers and vendors.
A typical day:
Process orders.
Review & monitor dashboard for open orders/tickets.
Follow-up with vendors on missed ship dates, update customers when estimated ship dates change.
Customer Service is a priority and Tier 1 Technical ability is required. Customer Requests must be noted in detail for escalations to the technical team.
Ability to learn how to effectively ask the right questions to properly classify requests for: Quote, Parts Identification, Product Info, Order Status, After-Sale Support, Returns, Warranties, and/or Emergency Callbacks.
After-Sale Support includes assisting customers with returns, replacements, refunds, delivery status, back-order inquiries, damaged goods, lost shipments, and any issues that may arise in the order fulfillment process.
Process support tickets by researching the knowledgebase or communicating directly with vendor support staff when the answer can't be found via in-house materials.
New requests/solutions; document the solution steps in our knowledgebase for all to share

Has experience working in a fast-paced e-commerce, customer-focused environment.
Strong Customer Focus with confidence working with hurried and demanding customers who are usually business owners.
Has a work from home workspace free from noise and distractions. This job is a hybrid work from home/office opportunity.
Is comfortable interacting with people via platforms such as netsuite, outlook/email, RingCentral/cloud-based phone services, Live Chat, BigCommerce for shopping cart, etc. NetSuite experience a major plus.
Loves working with computers and multiple monitors.
Has a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products; Excel, Word.
Loves problem-solving.
Experience in HVAC or other technical field is a nice-to-have.
Order processing is a nice-to-have.
Is detailed-oriented with e-Commerce Order Processing, extremely careful not to transpose numbers/ codes/ has a high attention to detail.
Has overall great computer literacy:
Strong working knowledge of Office products; Excel, Word
Strong working knowledge of Google Suite and Chrome
Can open up multiple tabs in a browser
Can get logged into systems and troubleshoot login issues
