Duties and Responsibilities:
Store Management
1. Will upload products and descriptions in respective platforms (Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok, etc.)
2. Make sure that prices are updated in all platforms
3. Platform feed post creation (including hashtags, captions, etc)
4. Will be checking artworks if it is up to the standards of the platforms
5. Will be managing the search ads and budget together with their leader
6. Ensure that monthly targets are met
7. Ensuring that costs are within the margins (including logistics costs)
8. Will liaise with the platforms for any communications
9. Will be creating livestream events for the platforms
Campaign Management
1. Deal creation for monthly campaigns (double digit campaigns, payday sale)
2. Ensuring that all campaigns are within the margins of the company
3. Maximize the campaigns to ensure that revenue targets are met
4. To create social media campaigns for posting as announcements for sale campaigns, and other announcements
Customer Service
1. Chat management
2. Ensure that all chat inquiries and complaints are handled
Inventory Management
1. Coordinates with the warehouse team to ensure there are enough stocks for selling in the respective platforms
2. Coordinate with merchandising and imports in the arrival of new items
Requirements:
1. College graduate of any business course, fresh graduates are welcome
2. Must have some experience in handling ecommerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, etc)
3. Must be creative, especially in creating social media posts
4. Keen to details
5. Fast learner
6. Must be ready to work in a fast paced environment
7. Can handle pressure well
8. Ready to work in a hybrid settin
9. Willing to work beyond working hours, especially during big platform campaigns
