As an e-Commerce and Media Head, you will report to the Professional Products Division (PPD) General Manager, manage a team and beexpected to: MISSION Grow sell-in and sell-out of Professional Products Division (PPD) brands ahead of category Responsible for online P&L and delivering sales and profit target Responsible for developing partnerships with platform MAIN TASKS Responsible for e-Commerce pure media on platform budget allocation Builds and owns the strategy to win on platfor Analyzes data of store operations and retailer platforms Analyzes 3rd party data of platform execution and competitive monitoring Drives the e-JBP process with platforms Validates bottoms up plan activity and resource plan to deliver sell-out and sell-in objectives Delivers the monthly and quarterly budget Delivers the annual platform profit target Orchestrates the team towards a clear vision and participate in developing teams Manages and develops e-KAMs and e-Marketing Managers Who are we looking for? A graduate with a highly preferred degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications or equivalent Displays sensitivity to L'Or al's "Metier" Has at least 7 years' work experience in the e-Commerce industry with commercial/customer management background Strong leadership skills: Strategic, Vision and Drive Embodies excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders Deeply passionate about beauty and wants to build a career in the beauty and cosmetics industry Has strong operational and management skills Exhibits excellent communication skills, both written and oral Driven, proactive, structures and analytical
