We are looking for a Duty Security Supervisor.
As a Duty Security Supervisor, we rely on you to:
Supervise all Security staff and contracted security staff in the implementation and observation of all security and safety policies of the Resort
Supervises security and safety activities of Security staff to ensure efficient discharge of their duties and responsibilities in accordance with Resort standards and procedures
Initiates and supervises the conduct of investigations; and submits the investigation report to the Security Manager without delay
Training Officer and Coordinator of the Department. As such, he prepares the programs of instruction and supervises department training activities primarily on courtesy and discipline, physical security, crime prevention, customer service, and first - aid and safety
We are looking for someone who:

Communicates with fluency in English (and local language)
Enjoys crafting best-fit solutions for the guests
Preferably has relevant experience with an international 5* hotel group
