DUTY MANAGER
Qualifications:
Must have at least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience as Duty Manager or its equivalent position in a reputable hotel
Customer Service Oriented and has passion for the hospitality industry
Exceptional Communication Skills
What will be doing:
Oversees the day to day operations, alongside with Front Office Manager
Ensures prompt courterons and accurate service to all guests to maximize customer satisfaction
Prepare and send Night Reports on time, where applicable to Department Heads & General Manager.
