Job Description:
The Distribution Resource Planner supports efficient distribution operations by planning, coordinating, and monitoring inventory and resources.
The role involves analyzing large data sets, generating data-driven reports, and making informed decisions to optimize stock levels and distribution schedules.
The ideal candidate has strong analytical thinking skills, excels in Excel or similar tools, and can confidently present reports and insights to higher management.
This role also requires excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with other departments, a strong understanding of the importance of confidential reports and records, and the ability to make routine decisions based on established procedures. Work is primarily office-based, involves light tasks, and requires negligible physical effort.
Job Requirements:
College Graduate, preferably with a degree in Industrial Engineering
Strong communication and influencing skills
Top fresh grads are welcome; previous supply chain experience is a plus
High analytical, critical thinking, and mathematical skills
Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel
