DRIVER (Retail)
Job Summary
The Driver is responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods, and other items to customers. The role ensures proper handling of merchandise and compliance with company safety and transportation policies.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver products to customers, or designated locations on schedule.
Ensure accurate loading and unloading of goods.
Secure items properly to prevent damage during transport.
Check delivery receipts, invoices, and other documents for accuracy.
Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the assigned vehicle.
Perform routine vehicle inspections (fuel, oil, tires, brakes, lights).
Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or delays immediately.
Follow traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
Assist in warehouse or store tasks when needed.
Must know how to drive both motorcycle and 4-wheel vehicles.
With valid professional driver's license with appropriate restriction codes for motorcycle and 4-wheel vehicles.
Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent.
With valid professional driver's license (appropriate restriction code).
Proven experience as a delivery driver, preferably in retail or supermarket.
Familiar with local routes and traffic regulations.
Physically fit and able to lift heavy items.
Honest, reliable, and punctual.
