Clean Driving Record
Physical Stamina
Ability to lift and carry packages, sometimes up to 50 lbs. or more.

Strong ability to interact professionally with customers and dispatch teams.
Basic Vehicle Maintenance Knowledge (Optional but Helpful)
Customer Service Skills
As a delivery driver, you'll be representing the company and may interact with customers, so politeness and professionalism are key.
Job Responsibilities:
Delivering Packages/Items: Transporting goods to specified locations in a safe and timely manner.
Route Planning: Using maps, GPS, or route optimization software to plan the most efficient delivery routes.
Checking Deliveries: Ensuring all items are accounted for and in good condition before leaving the warehouse or distribution center.
Loading/Unloading Goods: Depending on the job, this could involve lifting, carrying, or even assembling packages in your vehicle.
Customer Interaction: Communicating with customers regarding delivery times, addressing inquiries, or handling issues like missed deliveries.
Documenting Deliveries: Completing necessary paperwork, such as proof of delivery, or entering data into a company system.
Vehicle Maintenance & Safety Checks: Ensuring the vehicle is in good working order and following safety regulations.
Handling Returns: Sometimes, delivery drivers may need to handle returns or pick up items from customers.
Time Management: Meeting scheduled delivery deadlines while managing traffic and road conditions.
