DRIVER / ASSISTANT
Full-Time Position | Mactan - Punta Engaño
Reports To: Chief Executive Officer
Location: Mactan - Punta Engaño
Schedule: Monday - Saturday (occasional evenings/weekends/holidays as needed)
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of driving experience
Education Required: High School Graduate
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: ₱17,000-₱21,000 monthly
(Based on experience, qualifications, and live-in/offsite arrangement)
Paid Leave: 10 paid vacation days per year (accrued from first year)
Government Benefits: Standard paid holidays, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, and SSS
Meals Per Diem: ₱150 per meal when not dining in the office
Cellphone Allowance: Monthly stipend available if using personal phone and line
Key Responsibilities:
Drive safely and responsibly in full compliance with all traffic laws and regulations
Maintain, clean, and ensure vehicles are in excellent working condition at all times
Complete errands, deliver documents, and process government paperwork as directed
Assist in building and maintaining the company's network of professional contacts
Coordinate household maintenance schedules, periodic cleaning, and vendor appointments
Perform light cleaning and organization to keep the office and household tidy
Be available for occasional evening, weekend, or holiday work when business needs arise
Qualifications:
Valid motorcycle and car driver's license with a clean driving record
Minimum 2 years of driving experience (family, business, resort, or taxi driving)
High school graduate
Proficient in driving both automatic vehicles and motorcycles
Active NBI or Police clearance
Presentable appearance with a friendly, professional demeanor
Non-smoker with a healthy lifestyle
Preferably based in Lapu-Lapu City (must live within 30 minutes of Punta Engaño)
