Qualifications:
1. Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
2. Has knowledge in 2G, 3G, LTE technology
3. Advance knowledge in MS office - Outlook, Excel, PPT, Word
4. Experienced with Huawei DT tool (Probe) and Post Processing Tool
Job Responsibilities:
1. Setup RF measurement tools and equipment in vehicle to make sure it works properly and define drive test route.
2. Drive test measurement on site or BTS coverage and quality (eg.RX_Lev, SQI and RX_Qual for 2G, RSCP and EC/NO for 3G,etc) and verify site or BTS BCCH or SC serving in the right sector.
3. Observing call events during measurement (drop call, access fail, handover, etc) and notify surrounding RF environment or obstacle on the spot.
4. Verify site or BTS planned configuration versus actual site configuration (site number, lat long, antenna height, azimuth, tilting, BCCH/SC, etc)
5. Trouble shoot due to cross feeder and tuning antenna for solving problem due to bad spot and coverage.
6. Log files submission and reporting all finding to RF Engineer or PLO.
7. Post processing log file drive test, presenting report to PLO engineer and backing up files into project database.
