Job Description
Operate drilling rigs and associated machinery, including mud pumps, rotary tables, and derricks.
Monitor drilling parameters such as weight on bit, rate of penetration, and mud properties, making adjustments as necessary.
Conduct pre-operation checks and inspections to ensure equipment safety and functionality.
Collaborate with the drilling crew to maintain smooth and safe operations.
Maintain accurate logs of drilling activities, equipment usage, and incidents.
Communicate operational status and any issues to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Candidate must have passports.
Candidate must know how to communicate in English.
Strong understanding of drilling operations, equipment, and safety practices.
Proficient in monitoring and adjusting drilling parameters during operations
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with crew members.
Ability to work long hours in challenging environments.
