MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for a DrC Support Engineer!
General Description: The DrC Support Engineer serves as the initial contact for clients seeking technical support via phone, chat, or email, addresses and resolves issues through remote troubleshooting, determines the best solutions based on client details, escalates complex issues when necessary, and coordinates with internal teams as per client requests.
​Work Schedule and Arrangement: 10 PM - 7 AM PHT; Office-based Setup
Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
Responsibilities:
Serves as the first point of contact for clients seeking technical assistance over the phone, chat or email
Work on assigned emails on issues received via email
Take care of client calls and transfer to designated department if necessary
Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
Determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by the clients
Escalate issues encountered if further troubleshooting is needed
Coordinate with internal teams depending on clients' requests
Requirements:
A graduate of IT related courses: IT, CompSci, Computer Eng'g, ECE, IE (Undergraduates are also accepted but must have extensive IT/Technical background and experience)
Has more than one (1) year IT experience
Knows basic hardware and software troubleshooting
Must be knowledgeable to Windows OS and Servers
Have idea on server remote environment and set ups
Flexible on shifting working hours
Can work with less supervision
Physically fit to work in a BPO setting
Willing to work in our office at Cebu IT Park
Willing to work during holidays and weekends
Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):
Salary is negotiable based on experience
New hire bonus of 5,000
