About the Role
As a Draftsperson, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of conceptual renders and architectural drawings. This includes the scheduling, planning, and reporting on past, current, and upcoming workload.
Responsibilities
Model and draft Small Works and Large Works architectural design drawings.
Model & render conceptual design drawings.
Effective file management and revision control.
Effective scheduling, planning & reporting on past, current, and future workload.
Design development and issue resolution with appropriate staff, and to a lesser degree, clients, and suppliers.
Support in the development, implementation, improvement and maintenance of drafting standards & processes, hardware, and software.
Interpret relevant Australian Standards, the Australian National Construction Code, industry, and association guidelines to ensure designs and drawings are compliant with these standards and guidelines.
Contribute to the GDM (Greenline Design Manual) and Standard Drawings, helping to standardise designs, specifications and methodologies across all products and services.
About You
You should have high responsibility, high freedom, and high accountability - your role will have support, but you're responsible for the timeliness, accuracy, and quality of drafting output. You should be highly motivated and willing to continue improving.
Skills and Qualifications
3-5 years of drafting experience, including relevant software, hardware & standards.
Exceptional time & task management.
Attention to detail, accurate, methodical.
Highly motivated to succeed.
Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
Excellent problem solving, geometry and math skills.
Excellent communication (both written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in the use of technology.
Willing to continue training and self-development.

20 combined SL/VLs per year accrued from day one (you will have 10 accrued once you pass regularisation)
Additional 1 birthday leave after regularization.
