REQUIREMENTS:
Associate's or bachelor's degree in drafting, engineering technology, or a related field is common.
Alternatives include a certificate from a vocational or technical school.
Strong knowledge of CAD software like AutoCAD is crucial.
Good manual drafting skills, have extended 3D vision, particular in details, flexible & team player.
Expertise in computer-aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Revit is essential.
The ability to read, interpret, and produce technical drawings, including 2D and 3D models, is a core requirement.
Strong math skills, particularly geometry, are necessary for calculations and ensuring designs have the correct proportions and dimensions.
