Qualifications:
Have a Bachelor's Degree
Preferably an Architect or Civil Engineer
With 1 year experience in the related field.
Experience in Construction Industry is a plus!
Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar)
Ability to interpret architectural, structural drawings.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements.
Willing to work on site or in the office as required.
Capable of preparing cost estimates for architectural projects.
