Requirements:
Graduate of any drafting course
Detail oriented, organized and people oriented
Familiar with plumbing, electrical, architectural, & fire protection layouts
Can handle time pressure

Communication & Teamwork
Lumion 3D Rendering
Basics MEPF Plans (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Protection)
Proficient in AutoCAD
OBO Standard Architectural layout & MEPF
