DRAFTSMAN
Responsibilities:
Assisting Immediate head in preparation of CAD drawings and layouts, processes of building, occupancy permits, and other documents related to Building Construction
Helps in keeping and maintaining the updated, as-built site and buildings;
Monitoring the inventory level of construction materials; Drafting and detailing architectural, structural, and electrical plans
Qualifications:
Preferably a graduate of BSIT Major in Architectural Drafting, Civil Technology, Drafting Technology or another related course
Must have at least 2 years of experience with an architectural firm or construction company.
Must have knowledge in architectural 3D and rendering
Must be exposed to industrial, commercial & residential projects
Must be Highly intuitive and can work under pressure
