JOB DESCRIPTION
Follow specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings
Prepare both rough sketches and detailed work with AutoCAD (2D/3D)
Perform calculations for materials and weight limitations
Communicate with architects and engineers, and incorporate knowledge gained into drawings
Identify and communicate potential design problems to the rest of the team
Prepare, review, and redraft alongside the engineering team.
Ensure final designs are compliant with building regulations
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Must be a College Graduate (engineering or architecture)
Experienced in AutoCAD /Sketch-Up
Can work well in a team with less supervision
Can respond well to criticism and maintain a positive attitude
Pro-active with deliverables and keeps up with timelines
High attention to details
