DRAFTSMAN / DRAFTSWOMAN
Description of Duties:
Create technical drawings for building projects using computer-aided design program like AutoCAD
Creates and updates documentation for engineering & production projects.
Collaborates with architects & engineers to create detailed technical plans.
Ensure final designs meet industry standards & building regulations
Responsible for the preparation of architectural designs & drawings using AutoCADD & ensuring that design drawings conform to specifications provided.
Handle & coordinate development permits, building permits & other related licenses- Handle construction materials inventory
Qualifications & Experience Required:
Graduate of BSIT in Architectural Drafting Technology, Technical Drafting or any related course
Minimum of 2 years work experience
