Negotiable Permanent contract Full Time
Overview: Assist production supervisor towards achieving established production line efficiency and packaging material utilization. In charge of preventive maintenance and operation of downstream machines.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure the proper maintenance and servicing of his/her process owned or machines in accordance with manufacturer's instruction manual.
• Ensure that all machines accountabilities are in good condition and continuously running until end of production run.
• Responsible in the efficient utilization of Downstream Machines while minimizing the rejection rate and wastages.
• Checking the availability of compressed air and energy power supply and checking the micro switches activeness before starting up the machine.
• Perform periodical activities as indicated in the preventive maintenance system.
• Repair and or replacement of parts and troubleshooting as needed in preventive maintenance.
• Provide and safe keep all information about production run such as parameters used and adjustments made for lubrication.
• Ensure compliance in all quality and productivity programs (GMP & 5S).
Qualifications:
1. College graduate of Electrical / Mechanical Technology or any related Technical course.
2. At least 3 years' experience in operating and maintaining Downstream machines (Labeller, Shrink Wrapper, Palletizer, Stretch Wrapper).
