Job Responsibilites:
1. Participates in Software Project Launch and Planning, Requirements Analysis, Design and Development, Testing (UAT) and Implementation.
2. Analyses and identifies system defects encountered by users during acceptance testing.
3. Keeps up-to-date with industry trends and technology development.
4. Reviews code work for accuracy and functionality.
5. Delegates tasks and manages coding assignments.
6. Performs regular analysis of code segments.
7. Communicates the feasibility of requested deliverables and timelines, status, issues, mitigations and all other information necessary or requested in a timely and appropriate manner.
Job Qualifications:
1. Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
2. With 2-5 years experience in applications development.
3. With experience in Manufacturing/Electronics or Semiconductor Industry is a plus.
4. Advance/Expert Level in programming with the .NET Framework using C#, XML, ASP.NET, HTML, Windows Forms and SQL Server Stored Procedure and User-Defined Function programming.
5. Proficient understanding of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
6. Skilled in diagnosing and solving complex problems and providing detailed technical analysis.
7. Superior computer skills including common business applications such as MS Windows and Office.
8. Must maintain a high level of ownership and see assignments through to completion based on agreed upon deadlines.
9. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with the business community, customers, and co-workers.
